Burak Özçivit (born December 24, 1984, in Istanbul) is a prominent Turkish actor and former model best known for his leading roles in historical and romantic dramas. He began his career in modeling, winning “Best Model of Turkey” in 2003 and placing second in the global competition in 2005. He transitioned to acting in 2006, gaining widespread recognition as Malkoçoğlu Bali Bey in Muhteşem Yüzyıl and later starring in Çalıkuşu and the internationally acclaimed Kara Sevda (Endless Love).
Since 2019, Özçivit has portrayed Osman Bey in the hit series Kuruluş: Osman, earning multiple awards for his performance. He also owns BRK Productions and has starred in successful films such as Aşk Sana Benzer and Kardeşim Benim. He married actress Fahriye Evcen in 2017, and they have two sons.
